Project and Con­struc­tion Man­age­ment of an Elder­ly Care Home for 180 beds and 40 places for Day Cen­tre. This project was won by com­pe­ti­tion to the Depart­ment of Social Ser­vices of the Com­mu­ni­ty of Madrid in a ten­der­ing pro­ce­dure offer­ing eight Elder­ly Care Homes.
