The small-size projects are an excel­lent oppor­tu­ni­ty to explore the lim­its of BIM tools. In this case, among oth­ers I man­aged two high-val­ue tar­gets and dif­fi­cul­ty in this area: first a real­is­tic rep­re­sen­ta­tion very close to that achieved with pure 3D mod­el­ing appli­ca­tions, and sec­ond­ly, a wide domain of para­met­ric con­tent creation.
